About
I'm Richard Cirelli, a Cybersecurity graduate of SUNY Adirondack and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). I started North Country Cyber Safe because I kept seeing the same thing: good, careful people getting fooled by scams that are built to feel urgent and official. Most online safety advice is written for people who already know the jargon — I wanted something built for everyone else.
I'm currently working toward CompTIA Security+, CySA+, and AWS Cloud Practitioner, and I stay involved with SUNY Adirondack's Cyber Club as an alumni advisor, helping teach the next group of students — and local high schoolers — how modern scams actually work.
